What is the company's concept?
Our company is a part-time, on-demand staffing platform that solves a fundamental problem that most businesses in the UAE and the region face when they need qualified, vetted employees. When we worked in the hospitality industry, my co-founder and I both encountered this issue: finding qualified, on-demand, and vetted employees.
Ogram was born in the middle of 2016 after aligning! Ogram is powered by cutting-edge technology, making it easy for clients and part-time job seekers to work together. Job matching is now 160 times faster and 50 percent more reliable thanks to our solution.
Since staffing requirements in the UAE fluctuate and most industries have cycles that cause overhead costs to rise during slow months, it also saves our clients a significant amount of money. We currently serve the retail, logistics, hospitality, and food and beverage industries in the United Arab Emirates.
How did you get started in your career? Do you have any pointers for newcomers?
I started my journey as an entrepreneur when I realized I wasn't using my abilities to their full potential. I also wanted to create something that would have a positive impact on society because I couldn't stand working a 9-to-5 job (not that there was anything wrong with that).
I believe that my career journey began as a Co-Founder at Ogram when I took that first step, as every startup endeavor requires a risky leap of faith.
Beginners should have complete faith in themselves and the idea they want to build. Try to fill a gap in the market by developing a real-world solution. In the event that you're beginning a tech business, I profoundly encourage you to installed or join forces with a CTO or Full Stack Engineer from the very first moment.
What is the company's objective?
Ogram, a futuristic company, wants to expand its logistics business by providing warehouse facilities with on-demand warehouse assistants and integrating with other software to increase customer acquisition and expansion. Additionally, our goal is to strengthen our connections with conventional labor agencies. Additionally, our objective is to expand into Europe and the Middle East. We are already getting ready for our launch in Greece, where we will enter Europe. Additionally, we hope to begin operations soon in KSA.
How significant are workers' energy levels to the outcome of Your Organization?
Everyone is treated like they are a member of a large family at Ogram. Our company's success is highly dependent on the talented employees who are employed, and maintaining their enthusiasm and drive requires inclusion and empowerment. The significance of empowerment cannot be overstated. At the point when you enable your workers, give them the independence and freedom they need, and permit them to commit errors they can gain from, their dedication and responsibility will go quite far. In conclusion, there are a lot of things that can keep an employee's energy up, but I think the most important thing is to get everyone on the same page with the company's short- and long-term goals and mission.
What stays with the pushing ahead during difficulties?
We use the lessons we've learned from previous challenges to improve our performance in the present. Each challenge presents an open door; Finding that opportunity is the tricky part.
How do you believe businesses are changing as a result of technology? Do you think it's helping your business expand?
Our business is tech-enabled, which is unquestionably paving the way for exponential expansion both within the United Arab Emirates and elsewhere. In my opinion, digitization is the only way to achieve economies of scale in today's world.
Would you make any adjustments if you could do it all over again?
Like any startup or business universally, as a pioneer or proprietor, you might think back and have laments. In any case, if I somehow happened to rehash it, I wouldn't transform anything on the grounds that the encounters and examples I've learned over the course of the years are excessively valuable.
Describe yourself in one sentence.
‘Persistent.’ Perseverance, in my opinion, was a major factor in both the development of my character as a person and as a professional and the success of Ogram.
Do you utilize inventive plans to be extraordinary?
I continually concoct creative plans to widen the organization's verticals and development procedures, and I show them to our group since everybody must is ready.
Do you have any additional remarks for our viewers?
I genuinely accept that there are a great deal of splendid thoughts and individuals in the locale, and I couldn't want anything more than to see them surface. We live in a developing business sector; This is your chance to shine.
