They offer career-oriented online courses delivered by a celebrity instructor which is complemented by a premium equipment box - ensuring practical learning.
Story of Spotlyt
Rakshith, co-founder of Spotlyt Academy shares what inspired him to start Spotlyt Academy – “In our school and college life, we always excelled at academics and hence, found our spotlight. However, we did have friends who were pretty good at diverse activities apart from academics but never really got their much-deserved share of the spotlight. Little did we know that our good marks will only get us through admission processes at institutes and not through life.
After having seen it all, we now comprehend and value the importance of becoming all-rounders, learning and exploring diverse skills and engaging in new-age life choices. We’re on a mission to increase access to new engaging learning experiences beyond convention, and that too, hands-on!”

Online courses – Spotlyt Academy offer career oriented hands-on courses in the form of recorded content of 60-90 mins focusing on experiential learning and skill development. The online pre-recorded courses have been delivered by celebrity instructors. The current courses offered by them include Fashion Design with Ms. Shilpa Reddy (Mrs. India 2004, Fashion Designer) as the instructor, Gardening by Ekta Chaudhary (India's most famous home gardener) and Modern Art by Anisha Mandhania (Renowned artist).

Growth and how do they plan on scaling
Extracurricular activities in most of the schools have remained age old and there has been little or no real invention to support the aspirations of students. Most of the schools have a limited set of activities like dance, music, art, etc; Spotlyt Academy is re-inventing and re-imaging the co-curricular space by bringing in unconventional courses with hands-on twist. They have established and are working on further establishing B2B partnerships with private and public schools across the country.

Summer camp
Spotlyt Academy is launching a comprehensive one of its kind summer camp in April for school going students where they can learn Fashion Design, Modern Art and Gardening from celebrity experts. Along with providing access to their pre recorded course content and free home delivery of Spotlyt kits; they are also conducting daily live workshops aimed for providing all rounded growth to children.
