How a former tech executive fused energy healing with neuroscience to help global professionals realign their careers, overcome burnout, and thrive with intention
After nearly two decades of leading high-stakes, high-pressure projects at global giants like Kohler, Eaton, and Honeywell, Dr. Arti Dwivedi had checked every conventional box of success. She was at the top of her game—managing multimillion-dollar technology portfolios, spearheading cybersecurity initiatives, and building elite teams.
But inside, something was missing.
“I saw brilliant people, people just like me, lose their spark under constant deadlines, politics, and the fear of being replaced,” she reflects.
“Despite external success, inside they felt stuck, exhausted, and unfulfilled.”
That disconnect became the catalyst for a radical shift. It led to the founding of Akelite Tribe Pvt. Ltd., and its spiritual arm, Aatmbodh—ventures that blend science-backed leadership development with ancient energy healing practices to help professionals reclaim clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Dr. Dwivedi’s journey into entrepreneurship was not a rejection of her corporate past. Instead, it was a reinvention—combining her extensive background in engineering and technology leadership with her lifelong study of energy work.
Holding dual postgraduate degrees (M.Tech and M.Sc. in Electronics) and currently pursuing an executive program at IIM Indore, Dr. Dwivedi is a lifelong learner. She is also a certified Global Reiki Grandmaster, Neuro-Tarot Master, NLP Practitioner, and Energy Research Scholar affiliated with international bodies such as the UK Reiki Association, ICRT, and RHA.
“I didn’t want to choose between science and spirituality,” she says.
“So I created a space where both can exist—where leaders can optimize their potential through alignment, not just ambition.”
During her 19 years in the industry, Dr. Dwivedi noticed a glaring gap.
“Everyone was focused on upskilling, certifications, and quick productivity hacks,” she explains.
“But no one was addressing the root causes of burnout, emotional fatigue, and that chronic sense of being stuck.”
Through Akelite Tribe, she launched integrated programs that combine career strategy, subconscious reprogramming, Reiki, and NLP. Her proprietary frameworks—Quantum Alignment Career Evolution (QACE) and Quantum Neuro Reiki—offer a fresh, holistic alternative to conventional leadership coaching.

“People didn’t understand why they needed energy realignment alongside executive coaching,” she admits.
“So I educated the market through thought leadership, free masterclasses, and client case studies.”
A major differentiator was her ability to merge the measurable with the mystical. With documented client results, international certifications, and an engineering mindset, she carved a unique niche that attracted working professionals from around the world.
The real tipping point came with her first signature masterclass that fused neuroscience, live aura demonstrations, NLP, and quantum healing.
“People joined from India, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia. The feedback was incredible,” she says.
“One participant landed a global role within three weeks after applying the subconscious blueprint and energy alignment tools I taught.”

Transitioning from the structure of the corporate world to the dynamic realm of entrepreneurship was not easy.
“I had to let go of the structure, the steady paycheck, and the defined roles,” she recalls.
“But I leaned on my project management training. I built systems, set clear goals, and treated my business like a mission-critical product launch.”
Building trust in the wellness and coaching space took time. Dr. Dwivedi differentiated herself by offering measurable outcomes, maintaining international affiliations, and bringing an engineer’s discipline to every aspect of program delivery.
