Later, leadership roles as Center Head at Asia’s largest dental chain exposed her to the operational and managerial side of healthcare. Yet, something was missing.
“Dentistry often became more about procedures and less about the experience of the patient,” she recalls. “I wanted to build a dental studio that I myself would want to walk into as a patient, one where fear ends, and smiles begin.”
