His father’s company served as a constant reminder of the rewards and challenges of building something from scratch.
While pursuing his degree, Ashutosh gained hands-on experience working with industry leaders like Patel Brothers, Aadishwaram Corporation, and Ramanna Fire and Safety. These stints exposed him to large-scale infrastructure projects, including the Adani Shantigram and Ahmedabad Metro’s Old High Court Station. It was during this time that he identified glaring gaps in the MEPF industry—delays, inefficiencies, and a lack of integrated solutions.
“The turning point came while working on the Ahmedabad Metro project,” Ashutosh recalls. “I realized the potential of a well-structured MEPF firm that could deliver end-to-end solutions with a commitment to excellence.” This realization sparked the birth of ShyamRatna Projects, a venture that would soon redefine industry standards.
Ashutosh founded SRP with a clear mission: to streamline MEPF contracting by offering integrated, high-quality, and efficient solutions under one roof. The company addresses critical industry challenges, including fragmented services, project delays, quality compromises, and limited technological adoption.
“We eliminate inefficiencies by providing end-to-end MEPF solutions,” Ashutosh explains. “Our ISO 9001:2015 certification ensures that we prioritize safety, quality, and industry standards, while our focus on timely execution helps clients avoid cost overruns.”
SRP’s unique selling proposition lies in its ability to handle everything in-house—from electrical and fire safety systems to HVAC, plumbing, and civil contracting. This integrated approach not only enhances efficiency but also ensures accountability and seamless execution.

“Starting SRP during my third year of engineering meant I had to prove our expertise with every project,” Ashutosh shares. “We focused on delivering quality work on time, building strong client relationships, and earning industry recognition.”
Another challenge was managing multiple services under one roof. To overcome this, Ashutosh built a skilled in-house team and streamlined processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Today, SRP boasts dedicated teams for electrical, fire, HVAC, plumbing, panel board manufacturing, and civil contracting, ensuring precision and quality in every project.

“Securing the fire auditing project for all Bank of Maharashtra branches in Gujarat was another major achievement,” Ashutosh notes. “It reinforced our expertise in compliance and safety solutions.”
The company’s portfolio includes prestigious projects like a 5-star hotel in Porbandar, luxury residential projects in Ahmedabad and Porbandar, and industrial projects in Dahej and Ahmedabad. These accomplishments have positioned SRP as a trusted name in the infrastructure sector.
