Dr. Vaishaly Bharambe’s journey began in a childhood grounded in values of hard work, ethics, and social responsibility. Raised as the daughter of an Air Force officer, she was instilled with a strong sense of discipline and purpose early in life. After graduating from the prestigious TNMC, Mumbai University, she embarked on a path that saw her earn her MD, with research focused on coronary arteries, and later a PhD specializing in organ donation. With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Dr. Bharambe has become a highly respected figure in the medical community, known for her effective teaching style that her students fondly describe as "meaning business."
Her teaching career has seen her take on leadership roles, including serving as the Head of the Department of Anatomy and the Dean of a Medical College. Her profound
understanding of organ donation has also led to her role as the Deputy Director of Organ Donation. With over 55 national and international research publications, she has guided several students in their research journeys, while also earning accolades for her innovative teaching techniques and contributions to medical research. She currently also serves as the Academic Consultant for DeftXR, an Indian startup specializing in 3D virtual reality, where she helps develop a 3D human model to enable students to explore the subject of Anatomy in three dimensions.

Dr. Bharambe’s decision to launch VB Anatomy Academy was driven by her deep
understanding of the challenges students face in mastering the vast subject of Anatomy. Her desire to simplify complex concepts and make learning more accessible led her to explore digital platforms. She identified a significant gap in the market—while there were numerous online resources for Anatomy education, few were interactive, concise, or engaging enough to facilitate true understanding.
