Taral Shah brings an infectious energy to every role. He has been an Assistant Professor of Mathematics, teacher trainer, guest lecturer, and stand-up comedy aficionado. Certified by the Government of India as a career counselor and teacher trainer, Taral has trained 600–700 unique teachers with a collective classroom experience of over 1,000 years. His impact extends not just to students, but to the educators shaping India’s future.

The Spark: Conceiving Career Space

Career Space was born in response to a recurring student dilemma: “What path should I take?”

Taral began by helping students discover their career DNA, but soon recognized that teachers too needed support and innovative methods. This realization led to context-driven, inquiry-based workshops, where learning is built on questions rather than rote answers.
