The Stainless Visionary: Young Entrepreneur Forges Future in Steel and Sustainability

How Ronak Sanghvi blends legacy, innovation, and sustainability through Vision Metal & Tubes and नANDi & Co to shape a modern, responsible future.

Blending Legacy and Innovation

In the heart of India’s industrial core, stainless steel has long been a pillar of strength. For Ronak Sanghvi—a dynamic young entrepreneur—it also serves as the foundation for something greater. A blend of legacy and innovation defines his journey, where steel is only half the story.

Just a year into his professional life, Ronak is already at the helm of his family-run enterprise, Vision Metal and Tubes, modernizing its operations with precision and purpose. At the same time, he's cultivating a parallel venture—नANDi & Co, a sustainable brand rooted in tradition, transforming cow dung into meaningful, eco-conscious products such as diyas, incense sticks, and organic manure.

Two contrasting ventures. One unified purpose: to elevate the old and reimagine the ancient through innovation and responsibility.

From Steelyards to Strategy Rooms

Ronak’s connection to stainless steel goes back to childhood. Growing up amidst the clang of pipes and the steady hum of machines, he witnessed firsthand the craft and commitment behind Vision Metal and Tubes. But stepping into the business wasn’t just about continuing a legacy—it was about evolving it.

“Though I’ve only been actively involved for about a year,” Ronak says, “I’m determined to take things forward—modernizing production, enhancing service, and expanding our global footprint.”

His focus is laser-sharp: scale with quality, and serve with integrity. Under his leadership, the company is raising the bar—not just delivering products, but forging lasting partnerships through reliability, customization, and performance.

Bridging the Gaps Others Ignore

Ronak brings with him a fresh perspective—one that identifies blind spots in an industry often plagued by inconsistencies.

“In industrial sectors, it's not just the product that matters. Timelines, accuracy, and after-sales support are equally critical,” he explains.

This realization drove him to streamline operations, introduce accountability systems, and build a client-first approach. From engineering corrosion-resistant finishes to customizing valve dimensions, Vision Metal and Tubes now stands as a responsive, quality-driven manufacturer ready for complex demands.

Manufacturing with a Mission

Today, Vision Metal and Tubes is known for its robust manufacturing of stainless steel pipes, pipe fittings, and industrial valves. The company specializes in premium grades like 304, 316, 316L, and 204—suitable for a variety of sectors including pharmaceuticals, chemical processing, and heavy machinery.

What sets them apart isn’t just their product portfolio—it’s the emphasis on consistency, customization, and commitment. Ronak’s leadership has introduced not only better production tracking and quality assurance but also a more responsive and digitally agile client experience.

One of the major breakthroughs? A bulk order from a leading pharmaceutical firm, which validated the company’s production strength and opened doors to high-value B2B engagements.

“It was a turning point,” Ronak says. “It proved that even in a traditional space, a younger generation bringing new ideas and energy can make a serious difference.”

Lighting the Eco-Conscious Path with नANDi & Co

While one part of Ronak’s life revolves around steel and machines, the other is steeped in sustainability, simplicity, and soul.

नANDi & Co, his passion project, takes a completely different route—crafting eco-conscious products from traditional cow dung. From biodegradable diyas to organic incense sticks, this venture isn’t just about sustainability; it’s about preserving heritage and empowering rural craftsmanship.

“It started with a thought—how can we honor our culture while doing good for the planet?” he shares.

What began as a side venture has quickly grown into a meaningful brand that bridges the old with the new. High-quality packaging, thoughtful branding, and a sincere mission have already won early adopters, and Ronak sees it scaling into a nationwide name in the coming years.

Building the Future, One Pipe and One Product at a Time

Ronak’s journey may be young, but his roadmap is crystal clear.

“By 2028, we aim to enter three international markets, automate 60% of production, and collaborate with pharma & chemical giants across Asia.”

On the branding front, he aims to push digital engagement, participate in global trade expos, and make Vision Metal and Tubes a trusted industrial name beyond India’s borders.

In parallel, नANDi & Co will continue to grow as a modern voice for eco-sustainable living. Ronak sees it as a brand that not only offers natural products but also uplifts rural communities, creates awareness, and builds a movement for conscious consumerism rooted in Indian values.

A Tale of Two Ventures, One Vision

Balancing two entirely different ventures is no easy feat. But for Ronak Sanghvi, both steel and soil tell a story of values—of hard work, legacy, innovation, and responsibility. One is a family legacy reimagined for the future. The other, a personal passion turned into a social enterprise.

“Whether it’s steel that builds cities or cow dung that lights homes, I want everything I create to have purpose. This is just the beginning—for Vision Metal & Tubes, for नANDi & Co, and for the future we’re all shaping.”
