C2P Social Entrepreneurship Summit, Enactus Shri Ram College of Commerce

Enactus Shri Ram College of Commerce is a student-run not-for-profit organisation that creates social impact through the positive power of entrepreneurship. The Enactus chapter in SRCC is currently running 4 projects in the WASH, crafts, clean energy and waste management sectors. Through these undertakings, more than 42,000 people are impacted daily directly. From providing potable water at marginal rates of Rs. 4 for 20 litres to the underprivileged, to preventing stubble burning by turning stubble waste into smokeless biochar briquettes (thus, directly reducing air pollution as well), Enactus SRCC has left no stone unturned to create a positive impact on the planet. We started with C2P SES with a head for business and a heart for the world, to impact millions across the world and we, do not stop here!

With all vigour and enthusiasm, Enactus SRCC is once again back with its annual endeavour to find people with a head for the business and a heart for the world: C2P Social Entrepreneurship Summit. The Summit is a yearly endeavour that provides a shot to the next generation of smart, budding entrepreneurs to build the tomorrow we dream of. We bring great news for everyone wishing to bring a change in the world with the power of business!

The event recorded a whopping 700 registrations within 10 days. Spread across three weeks, the participating teams are required to submit an executive summary of their business models which will act as an insight into their initiative. The shortlisted teams will then be required to submit a pitch deck along with a questionnaire. The best teams will advance to the finals to be held on 5th July wherein they will be questioned by the judges live. The idea is to provide the essential incentive and chance to all participants to improve on their model and maximize the impact generated by their initiative. The C2P Social Entrepreneurship Summit is a thrilling event that gives teams a chance to present their business ideas which create a positive social impact and win cash prizes of up to INR 1,00,000.
