Educating People, Inspiring Lives

Describe your background and the company’s history in detail.

I have been in Education for more than a decade i.e. 13 years. I have taught more than 1 lakh students in my offline and online teaching journey. I have been the writer of two books related to English & Personality Development. My 3 research papers have been published in International Journal as well. The Institute of Languages & Skills (TILS) was founded to root-up the biggest problem of India 'unemployability' even after having a dignified degree. TILS endeavours to help students know the real purpose of their life existentially. We work on all three things for holistic development of Students, Skills, upskills & subskills.

What do you want to achieve in the workplace and what does your company expect from its employees?

When the eternal target is same, the journey becomes blissful. We want to achieve the optimum harmony with all our students, members and employees as well. We all work for the same target, our hard work gives us not only individual success but also a collective & collaborative contentment. We work like a family, we grow like a family and we celebrate & cherish every moment like a family.

What is your greatest company and team asset?

All the students, associates & employees work for the same purpose; to be confident in life, to respect the greater, to align the talent with personality, to be resolved within, to be complaint-free, to be prosperous & to be fearless. This one goal of all is our greatest asset.

What steps have you taken to get where you are in your career?

I have always tried to give more than I got from the world. It kept me driven and it does presently as well.

What is your motivation for starting this company?

I wanted to give a holistic contribution in the field of Education and I could do it wholly when I had my own venture to work for. This mentality of contribution patronized me to be my own company.

What are some of the obstacles you’ve faced in achieving your goals?

Lack of appreciation was the only obstacle I faced during this journey. I was trying to make my start-up a complete educational venture, but all were trying too hard to keep it a skills-based centre. Over all development through education was something new for all.

How best would you describe yourself in just one word?

Natural

What gives you a sense of purpose and direction on Mondays?

This question is coming from the mentality of typical cut-throat & exhausting type of job. I love each day, each second so I do not feel any motivation for Mondays.

What was the most innovative or creative project that you worked on?

have worked on many creative projects but I would like to quote few here:
1) We have created World’s first RAP song to learn English - Bhasha to teach English in an easier and more mindful manner which was also appreciated by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of Govt. of India.

2) has also created World’s first offline game to learn English Words – LEXO which is a spelling-making mind game that keeps you quick & prolific, and helps you do brain-storming while learning many things. It was also appreciated by Unique World Records and India Book of Records.

3) Our 3 research papers have been published in one of the top journals of English Language – IJOES (International Journal of English & Studies) which is helping many and will help millions to learn English with a rather stress-free method while maintaining English Language universality & globalism.

4) My 2 students have been featured on Josh talks and 4 Students have performed on TEDx.

What key values helped you overcome obstacles in your career?

Whatever I do, I do it by having a concrete purpose for it not just some fragmented reasons. It has helped me and would keep helping me to attain the utmost version of myself.

What makes your company’s services/solutions or products unique? What is coming soon in terms of new offerings and innovations?

We are the only start-up in our domain to work on all three; skills, upskills and subskills. We make our students a complete package which helps them to not only earn well through their skills but also help them live a blissful life as well.
