About the Company

Nutridiction is a Kolkata-based company with branches in Bangalore and Mumbai, founded by clinical dietitians Dt. Prerana Solanki & Dt. Sonal Sureka in 2017. It has a strong base in clinical nutrition and works to improvise the health of individuals through a holistic approach.

Their clinical dietitians hold a Master’s Degree in Dietetics & Applied Nutrition from Manipal University, Karnataka. They have been trained in renowned Hospitals like Dr. L.H. Hiranandani Hospital, Mumbai & Calcutta Medical Research Institute, etc., and thus hold immense knowledge on every aspect of nutrition care.

The Achievements

Nutridiction has improvised the lifestyle of more than 4000 clients across the globe. The company has been awarded by Manipal University for a successful research project, and it has been presented at the Annual National Conference of Indian Dietetic Association, held in Science City Kolkata in 2017, and has been published by Indian Dietetic Association. 

Nutridiction is a part of BNI (Business Network International) & JCI (Junior Chamber International) and has conducted workshops & health camps for corporate companies based in Kolkata like Canon, Smart Works, Apollo Diagnostics, Lions Club, Hope Foundation, and many educational institutions & fitness centers in Kolkata. 

Nutridiction has also conducted online sessions for popular & renowned health brands like Andme (Manufacturer of Women’s Health Products) and Rite bite Max Protein (Manufacturer of protein bars and snacks).

The Founders

Dt. Prerana Solanki & Dt. Sonal Sureka, founders of Nutridiction, did their schooling together at Ashok Hall Girls Higher Secondary School, Kolkata. They completed their B.Sc (Hons) in Food Science and Nutrition Management followed by M.Sc in Dietetics and Applied Nutrition from Manipal University, Karnataka. They are also registered with the Indian Dietetics Association.

Once they completed their masters, they both had the vision to do something in the field of Nutrition. Inspired by their fathers, entrepreneurs turned businessmen, they too wanted to make a mark for themselves in the society. So after getting an excellent experience by working in hospitals, they started their consultancy firm, Nutridiction. 

The Motivation

On asking them about what keeps them motivated, they mentioned that being able to do something for the people makes them happy and motivates them to go further. “Being young entrepreneurs, it was a challenge initially to make a mark for ourselves. But our knowledge, past work experiences, and constant reading helped us get better and helped people build trust in us.
