Sachin Tendulkar invests $2 million in JetSynthesys

Digital entertainment company JetSynthesys announced that it has received USD 2 million (about Rs 14.8 crore) investment from former Indian cricketer, Sachin Tendulkar which will further strengthen the relationship between the two.

The duo has a standing joint venture for a digital cricketing destination called 100MB, and immersive cricketing games- Sachin Saga VR and Sachin Saga Cricket Champions.

According to an official statement, with the latest investment, Tendulkar has joined the bandwagon of existing investors of JetSynthesys that includes Kris Gopalakrishnan, Adar Poonawalla, and family offices of the promoters of Yohan Poonawalla Group, Thermax, DSP Group and Triveni Group.

“My association with JetSynthesys goes back almost 5 years. We began our journey with Sachin Saga Cricket Champions and strengthened it with a unique Virtual Reality cricket experience. It is one of the most popular games in its category with over 20 million downloads,” Tendulkar said.
