Alldone Asiatic Solutions Private Limited is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It is an e-commerce organization serving homely food, laundry, and dry clean. Alldone Asiatic is based on an aim to overturn the unorganized food services, laundry service provided by dhobis, and other stores into an organized professionally managed retail and e-commerce service.

Lucknow's social and economic diversity is seen in the kind of food the city consumes. People doing services or living in pg’s or rented flats generally face two problems: food and laundry. You can eat at a 5-star restaurant for a week or two but after that, your appetite would ask for “Ghar ka khana”. In their busy lifestyles, what really makes people miss home is “FOOD”. Not only this but people these days have become more health-conscious and want to eat homemade food only.

Launched in 2020 by Dhanendar Kumar Sharma, Manisha Sharma, Preeti Sharma, and Mohita Jain, Alldone aims at building a bridge between people who don’t have enough time and people who only have time. Manisha Sharma always had a dream to start a startup with no boss policy where she can create employment opportunities for more and more women. However, being a housewife restricted her communication area. Finally, after years she acknowledged her dream project with her family and got an outstanding response from them. Her husband is in the marketing sector for the last 15 years and she had seen him struggling with food and laundry. This inspired her of starting a startup where they can solve these two problems plus can provide business opportunities to other housewives.

Mr. Vineet Sharma went to meet a person who was doing laundry for a big firm in Lucknow for the last 25 years, as they wanted him to join them. The man was glowing to join Alldone and told him that his position is still the same in the firm as it was 25 years ago. He then decided to reach more people like him and started Alldone with all of them.

The journey

Speaking with Startup Times, Dhanendar said that like every journey their journey also started with a bountiful amount of problems. It was quite difficult for them to make people understand this idea of online business. People generally used to think that the idea is not worth it as providing homemade food is not something easy. Because of the lack of knowledge in the digital marketing field, they faced problems in web designing and app development.

“We were working on this from the last two years but finally started doing paperwork before the pandemic. However, because of the pandemic, everything got delayed but as they say,” Better late than never.” said Dhanendar Sharma.

Manisha Sharma and her founding team launched the first store of Alldone on 7th October 2020 in Lucknow and are planning to open 2 more stores by the end of 2020. Their long-term plan is to open stores in almost every city of Uttar Pradesh. To connect with new-age consumers they are working on strategies.

Recipe of success

“People will only continue to become conscious about the need to eat healthy despite hectic lifestyles. This is a journey with a lot of obstacles and messiness but with your stubbornness and madness, you will cross this journey. A person is not judged by how he takes wins but how he takes looses.” Dhanendar added.

On asking for a few words of advice for readers they said, “Always start a work where you can do something good for others because God helps those who help others. Profit should never be the motive because profit is the byproduct of your hard work, thinking, and mindset.”
